Compensation

Part-Time

Positions Available:

  • Delivery Driver, $9-$11 an hour + Tips

  • High School, $10-$12 an hour

  • Team Member, $11-$13 an hour

  • Team Leader, $12-$14 an hour

  • Manager, $13-$16 an hour

Full-Time Hospitality Professional

Positions Available:

  • Team Member, $13-$15 an hour

  • Team Leader, $14-$16 an hour

  • Manager, $15-$18 an hour

Leadership

  • Director, $18-$25 an hour + Performance-Based Bonus

  • Executive Director, $20-$30 + Performance-Based Bonus

Benefits

401(k)

Chick-fil-A offers a 401(k) plan to qualifying team members. Basic qualifications include one year of full-time employment and a minimum age of 21 to participate. Chick-fil-A will match team members' contributions dollar for dollar up to 4% of annual compensation.


Paid Time Off

8 hours per year of service after one year of full-time employment.


Healthcare

The Texas Operators Association offers healthcare coverage options for all Team Members who average at least 30 hours per week and are employed by a Texas Operator. Team Members employed at Mulkey Hospitality, Inc. will receive a $330 monthly contribution to the plan of their choice.

We also offer paid maternity and paternity leave for full-time Team Members.

TelaCare

TelaCare Health Solutions provides Team Members and all members of their household with 24 hours a day, 7 days a week access to a national network of U.S. board-certified physicians who can resolve many minor medical issues via phone or online video consultations anytime, anywhere. New Team Members may begin taking advantage of this convenient healthcare benefit following Orientation. Access to TelaCare will be shared directly with new Team Members.

The Progression Plan provides resources and tools for Chick-fil-A Team Members to develop key leadership strategies that help equip them to advance in their current role.

 

L.E.A.D. (Leadership Education And Development) Umbrella

We offer internal and external candidates at the high school, college, and adult level the opportunity to complete L.E.A.D. academy or internship.
